Jog on the spot when you brush your teeth, four minutes everyday!
Watch TV whilst you jog on the spot or something ridiculously easy but burns calories all the same.
Buy a Wii Fit thingy and actually use it. (Unlike me!)
Yeah, that's all i've got so far, i am not the healthiest person in the world, i only laugh and jog whilst brushing my teeth, and now i have to walk 26 miles for D of E... God, i want to be remembered when i die, that's all i shall say!
